auction.com, Real Estate Disposition Corporation’s online property auction platform, has been relaunched to handle an increased volume of transactions.
According to inman.com auction.com has been upgraded to be able to support 500,000 unique visits per month. REDC bought the domain in March last year for US$1.7 million.
auction.com is currently listing 1,703 residential properties, 118 commercial properties, 108 land parcels, and 135 notes auction assets.
REDC is also behind zoopla.co.uk’s live auctions section, which was launched in January this year. At the moment, zoopla.co.uk is listing 36 properties.
